Working Hours: Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week with reduced working hours in the school holidays
Salary Placement: Dependent on years of experience and based on in-house tariff agreement
- To support and assist Primary leadership with appointments, calendar management, correspondence, meeting and document preparation, as well as contributing to the planning, organisation and implementation of PYP projects
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people in your care and adhere to the school's Child Protection policies
- To allocate cover for Primary faculty and to create and maintain the Primary Duty schedule
- To administer Primary students' attendance and notifications to parents
- To create and update operational forms on the Staff Portal
- To support Primary School events, including PTS conferences set-up and provide office translation into German
- Qualification and/or experience in office administration
- Fluency in English and German in both spoken and written form
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and multicultural environment
- 30 days of paid leave
- Paid leave in the week between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day
