Sales Operations Manager - Sales Planning, Performance & Incentives (m/f/d)

Our objectives are efficiency, excellence, and continuous sales process optimization. The SP&P team focuses on making Auto1's sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization.

• Manage Sales budgets, headcount, capacity and workforce costs.
• Lead forecasts, re-forecasts, scenarios and run-rate projections.
• Own and improve fair, transparent target and achievement models.
• Set data-driven targets and evaluate incentive effectiveness.
• Identify gaps and efficiencies, drive actions and collaborate with Sales, Finance and HR.

• Several years' experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Consulting or a similar analytical role.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, incentive schemes and target models.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data and business models.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, other European languages a plus.
