Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d)

• Coordinate production and manufacturing activities from industrialisation through to customer delivery.
• Support manufacturing launches, ensuring requirements, schedules, resources and deliverables are aligned.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, including specifications, performance and delivery.
• Identify and escalate production, supply chain and quality risks, constraints and bottlenecks.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, deadlines and KPIs, supporting optimisation and improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, inspection requirements, validation processes and certification requirements.
• Review Quality Assurance Plans, project risk assessments and associated quality documentation.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective actions and root-cause analysis, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Support product conformity checks, internal and external audits, project reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, QHSE and suppliers, acting as a key link between operational teams and project stakeholders.

• Proven experience in production, supply chain, supplier management and/or quality within a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of quality processes, non-conformity management and root-cause analysis.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different teams.
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to identify and escalate issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• A technical, engineering, supply chain or equivalent professional qualification.
