Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will become an integral part of our Finance Team and help ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant financial operations across our growing international business.

Working closely with colleagues from Procurement, Operations, Finance, and external partners, you will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our financial processes while supporting the continued growth of a dynamic technology company. What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Process and manage incoming vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and internal approvals.

• Monitor and maintain accounts payable records and vendor master data.

• Prepare and execute payment runs while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company procedures.

• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of accounts payable processes.

• Support audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function.

What you bring to the team:

• Completed commercial training, accounting qualification, or comparable education.

• Professional experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance operations.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.

• High level of integrity, ownership, and commitment to quality.
