To support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Service and Training Specialist DACH to strengthen our Customer Care team in Germany.

The Technical Service & Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the Residential & Commercial Cleaners and Covers business units across the DACH region.

The role serves as the primary technical interface between customers, distributors, service partners, repair centers, local operations and headquarters.

The position combines technical support, partner development, training delivery, repair network coordination and product expertise. The successful candidate ensures high customer satisfaction, technical excellence and continuous performance improvement throughout the service network while supporting the successful introduction and lifecycle management of products in the Commercial Cleaners and Covers business units. Due to the varied distributor structure in the DACH region, the allocation of stock between Bünger & Frese GmbH and the other distributors is as follows:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Training & Partner Development: Develop and deliver technical product training, workshops, webinars and certification programs for distributors, dealers, service partners and B2B customers across the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Develop training materials and support the onboarding of new technical partners and personnel.
Technical Support & Service Excellence: Act as a technical expert for Residential & Commercial Cleaners, providing advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics and field support to customers, distributors and sales teams. Ensure effective escalation and resolution of complex technical and quality issues.
Service Network & Repair Management: Develop and support the technical capabilities of selected B2B service partners and repair centers. Monitor repair quality, turnaround times and performance, implement best practices, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Level 2 Repair & Covers Technical Leadership: Maintain and develop Level 2 repair capabilities at Bünger & Frese, including advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, root cause analysis and warranty support. Act as the technical lead for the Covers business, coordinating customer requirements, technical escalations and communication with regional teams and headquarters.
Product Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Monitor field performance, service data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Support product testing, launches and beta programs, and contribute to enhancing product quality, customer experience and service effectiveness. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, promoting products and strengthening customer engagement.

Key Qualifications

Technical degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service, field service, after-sales support or technical training.
Experience working with service networks, distributors and B2B customers.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
Experience in technical training delivery and knowledge transfer.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region, depending on business needs.
